Annual Conference, State Council and AGM

The Annual Conference is held each year on the 4th weekend in June hosted by the Branches on a rotation.

It combines a State Council meeting on the Saturday morning followed by the Society’s AGM in the afternoon.

The voting members of the State Council comprise Management Committee members and two delegates from each Branch. Branches and project teams report on their activities for the year. 

Society members who are not delegates are encouraged to attend.

Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The Society’s Annual General Meetings are held at 2pm on the fourth Saturday in June each year as part of the WSWA Annual Conference.

AGM 2026

The 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 27 June at Merredin Branch.

Notice of Motions for the AGM should be forwarded to the Hon. General Secretary EMAIL by Thursday 2 April 2026 so they can be published with the Notice of Meeting.
