Volunteer Opportunities
Get Involved
The Wildflower Society has a range of opportunities for members to get involved in by volunteering your time from a once off, to weekly or monthly participation.
Opportunities include field projects like plant surveys, preparing plant specimens for the herbarium, running or assisting with skills workshops, growing plants and Society support roles like website, finance and event organisation.
Branches also have a number of roles for volunteer Members including their committees, events and helping to lead guided wildflower walks. They would love to hear from you.

Management Roles and Committees
The Society has an elected Executive and Management Committee as well as a number of other sub-committees that are all run by member volunteers.
The sub-committees include:
- Conservation
- Education
- Grow
- Newsletter
- Publications
- Finance and Development
- Ad-hoc sub-committees like the awards sub-committee
