Botanical Art Workshop 1 – Eastern Hills

This is a great opportunity to try your hand at botanical art. Jan teaches watercolour painting in the botanical style, also sketching with pencil and/or fine-tip pens. She shows how learning to draw and paint shapes can be used to illustrate many different things, from flowers to fruits to shells and feathers, even people. It’s all in the technique and, as she stresses, don’t be too hard on yourself, and practise practise! Suitable for beginners and the more advanced.

All equipment- paint, brushes, paper, is provided, along with morning tea. Just bring yourself.
